Founded in 2022, iwara is a micro bakery dedicated to crafting cookies and small baked goods. 

Our journey began with a love for baking and a desire to bring joy to every bite when our founder Arwa Lootah, a self-taught Emirati chef who has honed her culinary skills through extensive experimentation and a passion for baking.
